PEOPLE AT CROSS-ROADS
THIS POST IS AIMED AT BRINGING THE PLIGHTS AND SHATTERED HOPES OF KASHMIRI HINDUS TO YOUR NOTICE..MORE THAN 4 LACKS PEOPLE WERE BRUTALLY FORCED TO LEAVE THEIR HOMELAND BECAUSE THEY BELONGED TO A PARTICULAR COMMUNITY.OUR SO CALLED HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS MAKE A LOT HUE AND CRY WHEN ANY MILITANT IS KILLED BUT THEY HARDLY CARE ABOUT THOSE WHO LOST THEIR DEAR ONES IN ATTACKS AND BOMB BLASTS CARRIED OUT BY TERRORIST OUTFITS... OUR SO CALLED PSEUDO SECULARISTS AND ANTI-COMMUNAL FORCES PARTIES MAKE A LOT UPROAR OVER GUJRAT BUT REMAIN TIGHT LIPPED WHEN IT COMES TO THE DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS OF THE GENUINE PEOPLE OF THE VALLEY BECAUSE IT WON'T FETCH A GREAT DEAL OF VOTE BANK TO THEM..IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL AND PENETRATING TOO THAT WE TOO TURNED A BLIND EYE TO THEIR SUFFERINGS. HUGE ETHNIC CLEANSING WAS CARRIED OUT AGAINST THEM,THEY WERE FORCED TO CHOOSE MASS EXODUS SO THAT RUTHLESS ISLAMIC TERRORISTS MAY ACTUALIZE THEIR BLOODY DREAM OF CONVERTING THE VALLEY INTO AN ISLAMIC STATE.YOUNG GIRLS AND WOMEN WERE BRUTALLY RAPED BEFORE THEIR RELATIVES, YOUNG CHILDREN WERE BRUTALLY ASSAULTED AND BARBARIC ACTS WERE CARRIED OUT ON HINDUS.....BUT THE WHOLE WORLD REMAIN SILENT...NOW IT IS TIME TO SPEAK UP FOR THEM.IT IS MY HUMBLE APPEAL TO ALL OF U TO DO SOMETHING FOR THEM WHO ARE OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS LIVING IN HELLISH CONDITION....

Most mosques in Kashmir since Indian Independence had a temple style dome, perhaps underlining the fact that most muslims were converts, and that a large number of temples had been converted into mosques without the neccessity of hiding their original identity. In most cases, minarets were simply added to convey their new Muslim identity. Under the influence of the currently existing radicalism , anything associated with the faith of the unbelievers must be denied and hence the new mosque appearance
